Programme:
SCHUBERT - String Quintet
Lieder (German for Art-song) can be described as the perfect marriage of great poetry and music. This Festival performance combines voice and piano with Schubert’s great String Quintet in the friendly manner of a Salon performance, popular in the 19th century. The concert will be brimming with tunefulness and exceptional music making and all amongst good company.
